GlimmerDex - A Pokemon Encounter Counter

an encounter counter to use for shiny hunting in pokemon games, I originally made it for PokeMMO but I decided to expand beyond the 5 generations supported by that game and added the rest as well, also added other shiny hunting methods like the masuda method and such, you wont be able to mark Shiny locked Pokemon as shinies. Might take a while to load in all the pokemon depending on your internet.
